Ordering: There is no minimum order. Orders may be paid by paypal, which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and checks (local only).

Should you be paying by check, we will wait until the check clears which is usually 10 business days before processing your order. Please mail your checks to P.O. Box 67155, Albuquerque, NM 87193-7155. We realize everyone has good intentions of sending us payment, however, in the past; we have begun orders without receiving payment only to find that the check has never arrived. We apologize for any inconvenience, but also know that we want to provide our clients with accurate and on time order processing.

PayPal began in 1999 as a tool for transferring money for payment in eBay auctions and is currently the most popular online payment system of its kind. To date, PayPal boasts more than 8 million members, which account for a considerable fraction of those who make purchases via the Internet.

Customers and merchants are protected exceptionally well by PayPal. First, the order form that pops up to take the customer's credit card uses PayPal's SSL (secure sockets layer) secure server.With PayPal the merchant doesn't need a secure server, only a standard website. PayPal provides the secure order form.

Are NM residents charged tax? Yes. Orders shipped within the state of NM will be charged tax at a rate equal to the current tax rate, which is currently 5.8125%.

What is your privacy policy? Once you enter our site and place your order, your information is kept PRIVATE! We will at no time use your information for purposes other than sending you your order, applying payment to your order or sending you promotional information from Tangerines & Co. only. Your information will not be shared with anyone.

May I return my products? Due to the nature of our soap products, all sales are considered final!

Shipping: All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note that we are currently not shipping outside the United States and Canada. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii may incur higher shipping charges than those quoted by the shopping cart.

Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order of in stock items. Begin counting the day after you have placed your order. If your order consists of an out of stock item, we will notify you immediately. Should the out of stock item not be available within two days of your initial order, you will have the option to cancel or to wait on that "out of stock" product to ship with your other items to save on shipping. Your product will ship from Albuquerque, NM 87114.

Is insurance and delivery confirmation required on all orders? Yes. This is done to ensure that you have received your order and there was not any mishandling. Fee is equal to the value stated by USPS Priority Mail, which typically is no more than $2.00 for this service.

Do you deliver within Albuquerque? Yes. There is an order minimum of $20.00 plus a delivery charge of $5.00 per order. The delivery address must be within Albuquerque city limits and does not include perimeters beyond Bernalillo or Isleta Pueblo. Additional deliveries over and above your initial order will be $2.50 per delivery thereafter. Complete directions, address and phone are required for all deliveries. Should you wish to have your product delivered, please make us aware either by e-mail or phone. You may state this on your order once it is placed.

Are my products available to pick up? Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up your purchase at our office. Directions will be available after you have placed your order and have specified you would like to pick it up personally.

Do you offer samples? We will offer one (1) complimentary sample of our Logo Soap with a confirmed order of 25 or more bars. Otherwise, the price per sample will be based upon the ounce and type of packaging you select. Shipping charges are not included.

How long does a custom order of Logo Soap take? Depending on the time of year, other projects and size of your requested order, we will be able to confirm a completion date for you at the time of your order. Because all of our projects are handcrafted, we recommend that your request be made as soon as you have made a decision concerning your order.

Why is there a setup fee on the Logo Soap? Because we custom design your logo or message bar, we will be working with you until you are happy with your layout. The setup fee essentially pays for the time we custom create your proofs. You will receive three (3) complimentary proofs unless we get it right the first time. Thereafter, it will be $10.00 per proof charge.

Do you wholesale your products? At this time, we do not offer our products wholesale.
